Parents are expected to remain in class with the child for the entire class time and to attend a monthly parent meeting. Parent Education is held in the office of the classroom with the parents participating every other week to discuss parenting topics. The other half of the parents work with the children and teacher in the classroom during this time. All parents will be responsible for holding a board position or participating in a committee and participating in fundraising activities.
Toddlers and their parents meet on Thursday mornings from late September through late May. A typical class day's schedule follows:
