Pre 3's is a class for children who will be two years old by August 31st. Our Pre 3 class meets on Tuesdays and Fridays 9:30 - 11:30 (working to 12:00 noon in winter quarter).
In the fall of 2008, the Ingraham Pre 3's program moved from our old home at Ingraham High School to our new site in north Ballard. Our program provides a nurturing introduction to school for your young child and family. It is wonderful to watch children who may at first be timid become self confident, adventurous, and can't wait for the next school day! The teacher, Diana, is magical with the children and her passion for teaching is obvious when you see her setting up the daily activities and interacting with the children.
Our physical site is in a day light basement of the church and is a welcoming place for the small and curious. We are housed in a spacious one level location with large windows, kitchen, bathrooms close by, close parking and our own outside entrance. The setting is casual and fun, and there is always something new to discover and old-favorites to revisit. Ingraham Pre 3's also has a large outdoor play area, jam-packed with bikes, trikes and other fun activities for the children. On rainy days, we have access to a large indoor room space which we transform with gym mats, climbing structures and other fun stuff!
